At PrimePak all sales are final.

We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

Any discrepancies, damages, or concerns must be reported within a reasonable time after delivery so we can address them promptly. Supporting photos and order details may be required for review.

We are always open to inquiries and feedback, as quality assurance and customer satisfaction are our top priorities.
